The Day of Session

You took the plunge, you're going to do a boudoir session!

Even though it is an exciting day you will see that any nervousness will quickly fade within the first couple of clicks from the camera. Here is a little information on what you can expect from your boudoir session.

When you arrive you will be greeted with mimosas (or your beverage of choice) and mood music playing in the background. We will look at any props and outfits you brought, go through our client closet and jewelry, and begin hair and makeup. While you're getting pampered we will sit and chat, and get to know each other a bit. After that you can get changed and we will start the fun! We will do some outfit changes and try out different props and sets. I will pose and guide you every step of the way. AJ is usually behind the camera while i'm on the floor acting out poses with you. If you will be getting an album we will go through samples and choose your cover material once we have finished your photos. Please set aside 4 hours for your boudior experience. Hair and makeup typically takes 1 hour, and with all of the outfit and set changes the session itself can take around 2-3 hours depending on the package you choose.

Our turnaround time is typically around 2-4 weeks, but can take up to 6 depending on the season. Once your photos are ready I will send you a link to download your online gallery. When your album and/or magazine has been designed I will send over the spreads for you to approve before sending it/them off to print. I will let you know as soon as your products arrive, and we will set a time for you to pick them up at the studio.
